End User License Agreement (EULA)
1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding agreement between you ("User") and Starfront Ventures LLC ("Company"). By downloading, installing, or using the Nomad Neighbor mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Description of the App
Nomad Neighbor allows users to rent and share tools & toys, access services from fellow travelers, and offer their own services for extra income. The App includes features for users to create and share content such as descriptions, photos, services, tools, toys, reviews, and comments.
3. User Accounts
Users must create an account to use the App.
There are no age restrictions for creating an account on the App.
4. User-Generated Content
Users can post descriptions, photos, services, tools, toys, reviews, and comments.
Users retain ownership of the content they create.
By posting content, users grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, perform, and distribute the content within the App.
Users must not post objectionable content, including but not limited to hate speech, abusive language, racist remarks, or any form of discriminatory content.
The Company reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
5. Content Moderation
The App uses a user reporting system to monitor and manage objectionable content.
Users can report content they find objectionable.
The Company will review reported content and take appropriate actions, which may include removing the content and/or banning the user from the platform.
6. User Conduct
Users must adhere to a general code of conduct: No tolerance for racism, abusive behavior, or hate speech.
Users should be respectful and friendly to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
Violations of the code of conduct may result in the user being banned from the platform.
7. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of their content.
By posting content, users grant the Company a license to display their content within the App.
The Company will not use user-generated content for purposes outside the App without prior consent from the user.
8. Privacy
The App collects personal data, including name, email, phone number, and location.
Personal data is used for user authentication, personalizing the user experience, and enabling users to contact each other.
The Company is committed to protecting users' personal data and will not share it with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Termination
The Company may terminate a user’s account for violating the terms of this Agreement or the code of conduct.
If a user’s account is terminated, they will no longer be able to log in, and their user-generated content will be hidden from other users.
10. Liability and Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
The Company is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, to the extent permitted by law.
Users use the App at their own risk.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
12. Changes to the EULA
The Company reserves the right to update this Agreement as necessary.
Users will be notified of significant changes via email.
The EULA will be reviewed and potentially updated no more than once per year.
